欣吉特的瓣膜組織在8周大鼠皮下植入中的鈣化實驗結果優良,瓣膜鈣化量遠小于以上這些實驗研究中的經抗鈣化或未經抗鈣化處理的瓣膜材料。并且在后續的動物實驗及臨床實驗中均未見與鈣化相關的不良事件。
